ADA is the Kick-off 2027 app of Digital Realty Netherlands. It uses your name, email, department, site, start year, language, group and table, plus any fun fact and dietary needs you shared in the attendance form.

Cards contain no personal data: just a random code. Your personal page only opens on a phone you linked with the code from a station.

Hints about you are written from work data and an approved fun fact. They never use gender, age, appearance, health, religion, ethnicity or family situation.

Everything is stored in the EU (Frankfurt). There are no trackers or analytics.

All personal data is deleted automatically on 21 February 2027. Only anonymous totals are kept. Questions? Ask the organisers or HR.
